These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ExpansionInk websites, accounts, member areas, digital products, programs, workshops, coaching services, communities, resources, and other products or services offered by ExpansionInk.

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing, registering, accessing, or using an ExpansionInk product or service.

By accessing our website, creating an account, making a purchase, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use the relevant services.

A particular product, program, sales page, checkout page, application, order form, or written agreement may contain additional terms.

Where specific terms are provided for a particular offer, those specific terms form part of your agreement with ExpansionInk and will govern that particular offer to the extent they address the matter more specifically than these general Terms.

3. Eligibility

ExpansionInk’s commercial products, member accounts, programs, and coaching services are intended for people aged 18 or older.

By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you purchase on behalf of a business, company, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to the applicable agreement.

4. Consumers and Business Customers

ExpansionInk serves customers internationally.

Some customers purchase primarily as individual consumers, while others purchase in connection with a business, profession, or commercial activity.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where you qualify as a consumer under applicable law, any mandatory consumer protection applicable to your purchase continues to apply.

Where you purchase primarily for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft, or profession, certain consumer-specific rights may not apply.

5. Information About Our Offers

We aim to describe ExpansionInk products and services accurately.

Individual sales pages or checkout pages may specify details such as:

• price
• duration
• curriculum
• format
• access period
• number of sessions
• live components
• private components
• group components
• bonuses
• payment schedule
• start date
• availability

Please review the applicable sales and checkout information before purchasing.

The exact structure of a particular offer is the structure described when you purchase it, subject to the reasonable modification rights described in these Terms.

6. Free Resources

ExpansionInk may provide free:

• assessments
• quizzes
• checklists
• videos
• drawing experiences
• guides
• workshops
• account resources
• educational materials

“Free” means no purchase price is charged for the resource itself.

You may still be required to create an account or provide information reasonably necessary to deliver the resource.

Marketing consent will be handled separately where required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, free resources are provided for your individual use and remain subject to our intellectual property provisions.

7. Assessments and Quizzes

ExpansionInk may provide assessments or quizzes, including the Six-Figure Ceiling Assessment.

Assessment results are intended for:

• education
• coaching
• personal development
• self-reflection
• personalization

They are not professional diagnoses or legally significant determinations.

An assessment result does not constitute:

• psychological diagnosis
• medical diagnosis
• mental health assessment
• financial advice
• investment advice
• legal advice
• employment assessment
• credit assessment

Results may be generated automatically based on the answers you provide.

You remain responsible for deciding how, whether, and to what extent you use any insight or recommendation provided.

8. Member Accounts

Certain ExpansionInk resources require an account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep relevant information reasonably current.

Your account is personal to you unless ExpansionInk expressly provides a team, corporate, or multi-user license.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must not:

• share your password
• allow another person to use your account
• sell your account
• transfer account access without permission
• provide unauthorized access to paid content
• attempt to bypass access restrictions

Please notify us promptly at contact@expansionink.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

9. One Purchase, One User

Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, one individual purchase provides access for one individual user.

Purchasing a program does not give you permission to share:

• login credentials
• videos
• PDFs
• worksheets
• recordings
• lesson content
• downloads
• paid links
• member-area access

with colleagues, clients, employees, friends, family members, students, or others.

Team or organizational access must be separately agreed where available.

10. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that ExpansionInk is required to accept it.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example because of:

• an obvious pricing error
• suspected fraud
• unauthorized payment
• technical error
• duplicate transaction
• eligibility requirements
• legal restrictions
• product unavailability

If we cancel an order after receiving payment and you are entitled to reimbursement, we will refund the applicable amount.

11. Prices

ExpansionInk primarily sells to an international audience and generally displays prices in US dollars (USD) unless another currency is expressly shown.

The price displayed at checkout is the applicable transaction price.

Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Stripe, or other payment provider may:

• convert currencies
• apply exchange rates
• charge international transaction fees
• charge other processing fees

Such third-party charges are outside ExpansionInk’s control.

12. VAT and Taxes

Prices may include or exclude VAT, sales tax, GST, or similar taxes depending on:

• your location
• customer status
• product type
• applicable law
• checkout configuration

Any applicable taxes or charges will be handled as shown at checkout and in accordance with applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.

Business customers may be asked to provide a valid VAT or tax identification number where relevant.

13. Payment Providers

ExpansionInk currently uses or may use payment and checkout providers including:

• Stripe
• ThriveCart
• PayPal

Payment providers may impose their own terms and privacy practices.

ExpansionInk does not ordinarily receive your complete payment card details.

14. Payment Plans

Some ExpansionInk products or services may be available through installments.

Unless expressly described as a cancellable subscription, a payment plan is not a month-to-month subscription.

It is a method of paying an agreed purchase price over time.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay the full purchase price according to the payment schedule presented at checkout.

You may not cancel remaining installments simply because:

• you change your mind
• you stop participating
• you do not complete the program
• you no longer have time
• you decide not to use the materials

This is subject to any mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that apply by law and any specific refund terms offered with the purchase.

15. Failed and Overdue Payments

If a payment fails or becomes overdue, ExpansionInk or its payment provider may:

• retry the payment
• request updated payment information
• contact you regarding the balance
• temporarily suspend access
• pause services
• restrict member access
• cancel future sessions where appropriate

Where payment is brought current, access may be restored where the product remains available.

If you entered into a fixed-price purchase using installments, suspension of access does not automatically cancel amounts properly due under that purchase.

ExpansionInk reserves the right to take reasonable lawful steps to recover outstanding amounts.

16. Future Subscriptions and Memberships

ExpansionInk does not currently rely primarily on recurring subscriptions, but we may introduce them in the future.

Where a product is sold as a true recurring subscription or membership, the applicable sales or checkout page will state:

• recurring price
• billing frequency
• renewal terms
• cancellation process
• minimum commitment, if any
• access consequences after cancellation

A subscription is different from an installment plan for a fixed-price purchase.

We will identify that distinction at the time of purchase.

17. Digital Products

ExpansionInk sells digital products that may include:

• videos
• recordings
• PDFs
• workbooks
• workshops
• courses
• assessments
• templates
• guides
• downloadable resources
• interactive experiences

Access may be provided immediately or according to the schedule stated when you purchase.

Your purchase grants you a limited license to use the content according to these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of ExpansionInk’s intellectual property to you.

18. EU/EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU/EEA consumer purchasing online, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within 14 days, subject to applicable exceptions.

For services, the withdrawal period generally begins when the contract is concluded. EU consumer guidance confirms the general 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts.

These statutory rights exist independently of any additional commercial refund policy ExpansionInk may choose to offer.

Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory withdrawal right that applies to you.

19. Immediate Digital Access and Withdrawal Rights

Many ExpansionInk products provide immediate access to digital content.

EU rules provide an exception to the normal withdrawal right for online digital content once access/performance begins where the consumer has expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged that this results in losing the right of withdrawal.

Where this exception applies, our checkout may ask you to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge the effect this has on your withdrawal right.

For example, you may be asked to confirm wording substantially similar to:

I expressly request immediate access to the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that, once delivery or access begins, I may lose my statutory right of withdrawal as provided by applicable law.

Where required, confirmation of that agreement and acknowledgement will be provided with your contract/order confirmation.

If applicable law gives you rights despite such acknowledgement, those rights remain unaffected.

20. Services Started During a Withdrawal Period

Where you expressly request that a service begins during a statutory withdrawal period, applicable consumer law may affect:

• whether withdrawal remains available
• whether you must pay a proportionate amount for services already provided
• when the withdrawal right ends following full performance

The applicable legal rules will prevail over any inconsistent provision of these Terms.

21. Refunds

Except where:

• a specific offer expressly provides a refund policy
• ExpansionInk agrees otherwise
• the product or service is defective or non-conforming in a way that gives rise to a legal remedy
• mandatory consumer law requires a refund

digital products and services are generally non-refundable after access or performance has begun, particularly where immediate digital access has been requested and the applicable statutory withdrawal right has been validly lost.

We encourage you to review:

before purchasing.

If you believe there is a technical or delivery problem with a product, contact contact@expansionink.com so we can attempt to resolve it.

Any separate Refund & Cancellation Policy published by ExpansionInk forms part of these Terms.

22. Approved Refunds

If ExpansionInk approves a full refund for a product, your access to that product will normally end when the refund is processed.

This may include loss of access to:

• courses
• videos
• downloads
• communities
• bonuses
• member areas
• live calls
• related materials

Partial refunds or other remedies may be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.

23. Coaching Services

ExpansionInk may provide:

• private coaching
• group coaching
• program-based coaching
• live sessions
• other facilitated experiences

The specific:

• duration
• number of sessions
• session length
• format
• level of access
• support
• communication channels

will be described in the applicable offer or agreement.

24. Coaching Cancellation and Rescheduling

For individually scheduled coaching sessions, we require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Where less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, ExpansionInk may treat the session as used.

A missed session or no-show may also be treated as used.

We understand that genuine emergencies can occur and may make exceptions at our discretion.

An exception in one situation does not create an obligation to make the same exception in the future.

25. Late Arrival

If you arrive late to a scheduled coaching session, the session will normally still end at the originally scheduled time.

Additional time is not guaranteed.

If lateness makes it impractical to conduct the session, the session may be treated as used depending on the circumstances.

26. ExpansionInk Rescheduling

Occasionally, ExpansionInk may need to reschedule:

• a private session
• group call
• workshop
• event
• live training

because of illness, emergency, scheduling conflicts, technical problems, or other reasonable circumstances.

Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice and an alternative date, recording, replacement session, or other appropriate solution.

A reasonable scheduling change does not automatically create a right to a refund where the core service remains available.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

27. Coaching Packages and Installments

Where coaching is sold as a fixed package for an agreed total price, choosing installments does not convert that package into a cancellable monthly subscription.

Stopping attendance does not automatically cancel remaining payments.

If you decide not to continue participating after the applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights have expired, you remain responsible for amounts properly due under the agreed purchase, subject to mandatory law.

28. Expiry of Coaching Sessions

Unless the applicable offer or agreement states otherwise, coaching sessions should be used within the period associated with the purchased coaching package.

Unused sessions do not automatically carry forward indefinitely.

Where a coaching period ends with unused sessions, those sessions may expire unless ExpansionInk agrees otherwise.

29. Programs

ExpansionInk programs may include combinations of:

• prerecorded lessons
• live sessions
• private coaching
• group coaching
• drawing processes
• workbooks
• exercises
• assessments
• communities
• bonuses
• support
• downloadable resources

The applicable sales page determines what is included in your particular purchase.

30. Aligned Impact

Aligned Impact is an ExpansionInk educational and personal-development program for entrepreneurs at an earlier stage of building their business.

The exact curriculum, bonuses, access arrangements, pricing, and payment options are those presented at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing Aligned Impact does not include personalized business consulting, done-for-you implementation, or a guarantee of making a first sale.

31. Authority

Authority is a premium ExpansionInk offer intended for entrepreneurs who have already established some level of sales and want to work toward further business growth.

Because Authority may evolve, the applicable sales page, application, checkout, or client agreement will specify its current:

• duration
• delivery format
• live components
• private components
• group components
• access
• pricing
• payment schedule
• support
• other inclusions

No reference to Authority’s intended business destination constitutes a guarantee that a participant will reach six figures or any other financial result.

32. Your Next Income Level

Where Your Next Income Level is sold with lifetime access, the meaning of “lifetime access” is described in Section 36 below.

The workshop is a personal-development and educational experience.

It does not guarantee that you will achieve the income target selected during the workshop.

33. Programs Change and Evolve

ExpansionInk is an actively developed educational business.

We regularly review and improve our programs.

We may reasonably:

• update lessons
• rerecord videos
• replace videos
• add material
• remove outdated material
• rename modules
• reorganize modules
• update worksheets
• update exercises
• replace bonuses
• change software
• change hosting
• improve delivery
• change reasonable scheduling arrangements
• change guest contributors
• update examples

These changes are not considered a breach of the agreement where the essential nature and value of the purchased service are not materially reduced.

34. Changing Platforms

ExpansionInk may move a product or service between platforms.

For example, content may move between:

• Xperiencify
• Thrive-based systems
• WordPress
• another learning platform
• another member platform

You are purchasing access to the applicable ExpansionInk content or service, not a permanent right to receive it through one particular third-party software provider.

Where you remain entitled to access, we will aim to provide substantially equivalent access after a platform migration.

You may be required to:

• activate a new account
• reset a password
• use a different login page
• accept the platform’s applicable terms

35. Access Periods

Access periods differ by product.

The applicable sales page or checkout will state the access period where it is material to the purchase.

Access may be:

• time-limited
• tied to a program duration
• available for a stated number of months or years
• described as lifetime access

Do not assume that every ExpansionInk purchase includes lifetime access unless this is expressly stated.

36. Meaning of “Lifetime Access”

Where ExpansionInk expressly sells a digital product with lifetime access, this means ongoing access for the commercially reasonable life of that product and for as long as ExpansionInk continues to maintain or host that product in a reasonably accessible form.

It does not mean:

• the natural lifetime of the purchaser
• that the product must exist forever
• that a specific software platform must exist forever
• that ExpansionInk must maintain outdated technology indefinitely

ExpansionInk may eventually retire a product because of:

• technological change
• security
• legal requirements
• provider closure
• business restructuring
• material obsolescence
• discontinuation of the product

Where reasonably practicable, we may provide advance notice and/or an opportunity to download relevant downloadable materials before permanent retirement.

Mandatory consumer rights and any more specific access commitment made at the time of purchase remain unaffected.

37. Live Calls and Recordings

Certain:

• workshops
• programs
• group coaching sessions
• webinars
• events

may be recorded.

Where a session is being recorded, we will aim to inform participants.

A recording may capture:

• your name
• voice
• image
• questions
• chat messages
• comments
• contributions

Recordings may be made available to other participants enrolled in the relevant program where this forms part of the program experience.

Where technically possible, participants who do not wish to appear visually may choose to keep their camera off.

You may also be able to adjust your display name depending on the platform.

Do not share highly sensitive information in a recorded group setting unless you are comfortable with authorized participants hearing it.

38. Private Coaching Recordings

Private 1:1 coaching sessions are not intended to be recorded unless:

• this is disclosed
• both parties agree
• another lawful basis applies where appropriate

You may not secretly record a private coaching session without ExpansionInk’s prior permission and without complying with applicable law.

39. Group Confidentiality

Group coaching and community spaces work best when participants can communicate without expecting their personal contributions to be distributed publicly.

If you participate in an ExpansionInk group environment, you agree not to disclose another participant’s private or non-public:

• story
• personal information
• business information
• financial information
• drawing
• photograph
• screenshot
• video
• recording
• chat message
• question
• experience

outside the relevant program without their permission.

You must not record group calls yourself unless ExpansionInk expressly permits it.

ExpansionInk requires participants to respect confidentiality, but we cannot guarantee that every participant will comply.

Please use reasonable judgment about what you share in group environments.

40. Communities

ExpansionInk may operate community spaces through platforms such as:

• Facebook
• WhatsApp
• the ExpansionInk website
• other platforms introduced in the future

Community access may be connected to a particular product or program.

You agree to participate respectfully and comply with these Terms and any community-specific rules.

41. Community Conduct

You must not use an ExpansionInk community or group to:

• harass another person
• threaten another person
• bully participants
• discriminate unlawfully
• publish another participant’s confidential information
• spam
• solicit members without permission
• distribute malware
• impersonate someone else
• conduct fraudulent activity
• disrupt sessions
• scrape member information
• harvest email addresses
• redistribute paid materials
• promote unrelated products excessively
• engage in unlawful activity

ExpansionInk may moderate or remove content that reasonably violates these rules.

42. Removal From Programs or Communities

ExpansionInk may suspend or terminate access where a participant materially breaches these Terms.

This may include:

• harassment
• abusive behavior
• threats
• serious disruption
• unauthorized recording
• confidentiality violations
• account sharing
• intellectual property infringement
• redistribution of content
• fraud
• illegal activity
• repeated non-payment

Where access is terminated because of your material breach, you are not automatically entitled to a refund.

Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

43. Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ExpansionInk and/or its licensors own or control the intellectual property rights in ExpansionInk materials.

These may include:

• videos
• audio
• course lessons
• workshop recordings
• PDFs
• workbooks
• worksheets
• exercises
• frameworks
• assessments
• graphics
• website copy
• photographs
• presentations
• drawings created by ExpansionInk
• teaching materials
• program structures
• branding
• logos
• written materials

Your purchase gives you permission to use applicable materials according to the license below.

It does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

44. Personal-Use License

Unless ExpansionInk expressly grants a different license, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased materials for your own learning, personal development, and internal business development.

You may not, without written permission:

• resell the materials
• sublicense them
• publish them
• distribute them
• upload them to another platform
• share them with clients
• teach them as your own
• reproduce substantial portions
• create a competing course from them
• distribute recordings
• distribute PDFs
• distribute worksheets
• share paid links
• remove copyright notices
• use the materials in a way that infringes our intellectual property

45. AI Training, Scraping and Automated Extraction

Unless ExpansionInk gives prior written permission, you may not use ExpansionInk’s protected paid content, course materials, recordings, workbooks, assessments, proprietary frameworks, or member-only materials to:

• train an artificial intelligence model
• build an AI dataset
• fine-tune a model
• create an unauthorized knowledge base
• systematically scrape content
• mass-download content
• create a competing AI product
• reproduce substantial protected content through automated means

This does not prevent ordinary lawful personal use of general-purpose technology in a manner that does not reproduce, distribute, commercialize, or systematically ingest ExpansionInk’s protected materials.

46. Neurographica and Third-Party Methods

ExpansionInk may teach, reference, demonstrate, or incorporate methods developed by third parties, including Neurographica.

Purchasing or completing an ExpansionInk product does not automatically:

• certify you as a Neurographica instructor
• certify you as a coach
• grant instructor status
• grant professional accreditation
• grant permission to teach a protected third-party method
• grant intellectual property rights owned by another organization or creator

Any certification or teaching rights must be expressly stated in the applicable program and remain subject to the rules of the relevant rights holder or certifying organization.

47. Your Own Materials

You retain ownership of original materials you create, such as your:

• personal drawings
• written reflections
• business information
• questions
• original comments
• exercises

When you submit material inside an ExpansionInk service, you grant ExpansionInk a limited permission to host, store, reproduce, display, and technically process that material as reasonably necessary to:

• provide the service
• display it to you
• display it to the intended group where you posted it
• provide feedback
• facilitate the program
• maintain the platform
• provide support

This operational permission does not automatically give ExpansionInk permission to use your personal material publicly for marketing.

48. Testimonials and Case Studies

ExpansionInk may invite participants to provide:

• testimonials
• reviews
• success stories
• photographs
• videos
• screenshots
• drawings
• business results

Public testimonial or case-study use will be handled through appropriate permission or consent rather than relying solely on a hidden blanket marketing license in these Terms.

The scope of the permission granted will depend on what you agree to.

49. Affiliates

ExpansionInk may operate an affiliate or referral program.

Affiliates may receive a commission or other benefit when someone purchases through their referral.

Affiliate participation may be governed by separate affiliate terms.

Affiliates are independent parties and are not authorized to:

• make guarantees on behalf of ExpansionInk
• alter ExpansionInk’s terms
• promise refunds we have not authorized
• make unauthorized health, financial, or income claims
• represent themselves as employees unless they actually are

Where you purchase through an affiliate link, your purchase remains subject to the applicable ExpansionInk Terms.

50. Promotional Prices and Discounts

ExpansionInk may offer:

• launch pricing
• early-bird pricing
• promotional pricing
• affiliate promotions
• discount codes
• limited campaigns
• seasonal offers
• Black Friday promotions
• bonuses

Prices may change over time.

Purchasing at one price does not entitle you to a future lower price.

Likewise, if a future customer receives a lower price, discount, or different bonus, this does not create an entitlement to:

• a retrospective discount
• a partial refund
• additional bonuses
• a price adjustment

unless ExpansionInk expressly offers one or applicable law requires otherwise.

51. Bonuses

Bonuses may be provided as additional components of a purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• bonuses have no separate cash value
• bonuses are not independently refundable
• availability may change
• a bonus may be updated
• outdated bonuses may be replaced with reasonably comparable material

Changes to a bonus do not automatically create a right to refund the main product where the essential purchased service remains materially intact.

52. Educational and Coaching Nature of ExpansionInk

ExpansionInk provides:

• coaching
• education
• personal development
• business-related personal development
• drawing-based experiences

ExpansionInk is not acting as your:

• doctor
• psychologist
• psychotherapist
• psychiatrist
• mental health provider
• lawyer
• accountant
• tax adviser
• investment adviser
• financial adviser

unless a particular professional is expressly engaged in that separate regulated capacity.

53. Not Therapy or Medical Treatment

ExpansionInk programs and coaching are not substitutes for:

• therapy
• psychotherapy
• psychiatric treatment
• medical treatment
• diagnosis
• emergency care

If you have a medical or mental health concern, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, contact an appropriate emergency or crisis service in your location.

54. Business and Financial Information

ExpansionInk may discuss topics relating to:

• business
• entrepreneurship
• pricing
• money
• revenue goals
• visibility
• selling
• decision-making
• execution
• identity
• business growth

This is provided within a coaching, educational, and personal-development context.

ExpansionInk does not provide individualized regulated financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice.

You remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice when needed.

55. No Guaranteed Business or Financial Results

ExpansionInk does not guarantee that you will:

• make a sale
• increase revenue
• reach six figures
• reach any particular income level
• acquire customers
• increase profit
• grow your audience
• build a successful business
• achieve a result within a particular timeframe

References to goals such as “first six figures” describe a direction, audience, context, or intended destination of the work.

ExpansionInk may use structured drawing, Neurographica, coaching exercises, metaphorical tools, belief work, reflective practices, and other personal-development methods.

We do not guarantee that a drawing or internal process will directly cause:

• job offers
• admissions
• health outcomes
• relationship outcomes
• financial outcomes
• external events

The value of the work may involve reflection, insight, perspective, awareness, decision-making, behavior, or personal experience.

You remain responsible for the actions you take afterward.

• actions
• business
• pricing
• offers
• marketing
• sales
• finances
• health
• relationships

• use of ExpansionInk materials

Participation in ExpansionInk does not transfer responsibility for your decisions or outcomes to ExpansionInk.

59. No Professional Relationship Beyond the Purchased Scope

Purchasing a course or attending a workshop does not automatically create an ongoing private coaching relationship with Ana Jomir.

Similarly:

• sending an email does not create a coaching relationship
• completing an assessment does not create a coaching relationship
• joining a free resource does not create a coaching relationship
• participating in a group program does not entitle you to unlimited private support

The scope of any coaching relationship is defined by the service purchased.

60. Third-Party Platforms

ExpansionInk relies on third-party services to operate parts of the business.

These may include services for:

• payments
• checkout
• email
• video
• course delivery
• member access
• social media
• communities
• forms
• assessments
• live calls

Third-party systems may occasionally experience:

• downtime
• outages
• bugs
• service interruptions
• security incidents
• changes

ExpansionInk cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms.

Where a material third-party outage affects something you purchased, we will use reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative where reasonably possible.

61. Website Availability

We aim to keep ExpansionInk services reasonably available but do not guarantee that:

• the website will always be available
• every feature will operate without interruption
• every page will remain unchanged
• every external link will continue to work
• the website will be error-free

We may temporarily suspend access for:

• widespread technical failures

• Zoom or hosting failures

Where possible, we will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and resume affected services.

68. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExpansionInk services are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees beyond those expressly provided in the applicable agreement or required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees, conformity obligations, or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

69. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to that principle, ExpansionInk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of a product or service to the extent such liability may lawfully be excluded.

ExpansionInk is not responsible for business decisions, financial decisions, or other actions you independently choose to take based on educational or coaching material.

For claims where a contractual limitation is legally permitted, ExpansionInk’s aggregate liability arising from the particular paid product or service will generally not exceed the amount you paid ExpansionInk for that product or service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits it, including any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

70. Indemnity for Misuse

To the extent permitted by applicable law, if you use ExpansionInk services unlawfully or materially breach these Terms and that conduct causes a third-party claim or direct loss to ExpansionInk, you agree to be responsible for losses reasonably arising from your unlawful conduct or material breach.

This provision does not limit mandatory consumer rights and does not make you responsible for matters caused by ExpansionInk.

71. Suspension and Termination

ExpansionInk may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• non-payment
• fraud
• account sharing
• unauthorized redistribution
• serious misconduct
• security threats
• illegal activity
• intellectual property infringement
• confidentiality breaches
• repeated or material violation of these Terms

Where practical and appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Immediate suspension may be appropriate where there is a serious security, legal, payment, confidentiality, or participant-safety concern.

72. What Happens After Termination

When access ends, your right to use paid member-only content also ends except for materials you were expressly permitted to download and retain.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination may continue to apply, including provisions concerning:

If a specific sales page provides a more favorable refund promise for a particular product, we will honor that applicable promise subject to its stated conditions.

Nothing in a commercial refund policy limits mandatory statutory rights.

76. Changes to These Terms

ExpansionInk evolves over time.

We may update these Terms because of:

The current version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.

Changes will normally apply prospectively.

Where a material change affects an existing paid contractual commitment, we will not use a general Terms update to retroactively remove a material right that was expressly promised to you where doing so would be unlawful or unfair.

77. Governing Law

These Terms and contractual relationships with ExpansionInk are governed by the laws of Estonia, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you as a consumer.

If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you and cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

78. Resolving a Problem With ExpansionInk

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate complaints.

79. Consumer Dispute Resolution

If you are an eligible consumer and a dispute cannot be resolved directly with ExpansionInk, you may have the right to use an applicable alternative dispute-resolution body or pursue other remedies available under consumer law.

In Estonia, consumer disputes may in appropriate cases be considered by the Consumer Disputes Committee after the consumer has first complained to the trader and the matter has not been resolved.

Consumers located elsewhere may have access to another competent consumer authority or dispute-resolution body.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights available through a competent court where applicable.

80. EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform

Older terms and websites may refer consumers to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution, or ODR, Platform.

That platform has been discontinued.

Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 repealed the previous ODR Regulation with effect from July 20, 2025, and the European Commission confirms that the ODR Platform is now closed.

For this reason, ExpansionInk does not direct customers to the discontinued ODR Platform.

81. Courts and Jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, disputes that cannot be resolved informally or through an applicable alternative dispute process may be submitted to the competent courts of Estonia.

If you are a consumer, nothing in this clause removes any mandatory right you may have to bring or defend proceedings in another court under applicable consumer or jurisdiction law.

82. No Waiver

If ExpansionInk does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive the right to enforce it.

A waiver in one situation does not automatically apply to another situation.

83. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary where legally possible.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

84. Assignment

You may not transfer your personal account, program access, coaching package, or rights under these Terms to another person without ExpansionInk’s written permission.

ExpansionInk may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a legitimate:

• business restructuring
• merger
• acquisition
• sale
• transfer of business

provided that applicable law and your mandatory rights are respected.

These Terms, together with the applicable:

constitute the applicable agreement concerning your purchase or use of ExpansionInk services.

Where a separately signed individual coaching agreement expressly conflicts with these general Terms on a matter specific to that engagement, the more specific signed agreement will generally govern that matter.

86. Electronic Communications and Agreements

You agree that contracts, confirmations, notices, receipts, and other communications may be provided electronically where permitted by law.

Electronic acceptance, checkbox acceptance, checkout acceptance, and electronic signatures may be used to form agreements where legally valid.
