Does this sound like you?

You’ve become very good at holding everything together.

The work, the people, the house, the decisions. From the outside you look capable. On the inside there’s very little room left.

  • “I’ve carried so much for so long, I don’t know what I’d feel like without it.”
  • “I lie down and my mind starts the next list.”
  • “I say yes, then resent it. Saying no comes with a speech.”
  • “I took the holiday. I came back just as tired.”

Rest doesn’t help when it’s your soul that’s tired. And burnout isn’t only a work thing. Mothering, caring and holding everyone together counts too.

Why it keeps coming back

You never had a discipline problem.

You’ve tried the morning routine, the breathing app, the early nights. They help for a week. Then the old pattern runs again, because the stress isn’t sitting in your schedule. It’s sitting underneath it.

01

Your body is still on alert

Somewhere along the way, staying “on” felt safer than switching off. Your nervous system learned it. Telling yourself to relax doesn’t unteach it.

02

Old beliefs keep the pressure on

“If I stop, it all falls apart.” “Other people’s needs come first.” Beliefs like these run quietly and keep you carrying more than your share.

03

The feelings never got a place to go

When there’s always something more urgent, emotions get pushed down. They don’t disappear. They show up as tension, short sleep and a short fuse.

How we work

Give your hands something to do. Let your mind follow.

If meditation just gives your mind more room to worry, give your hands something to do instead. Each week you’ll draw with simple lines and shapes, guided step by step. No art skills needed, and nothing has to look pretty.

The drawing slows you down and makes the stress visible, so you can see the pattern instead of living inside it. Then we talk about what came up and what you want to do with it. Calm you can come back to, not calm you have to force.

Inside the program

Six weeks. One step each week.

Each session is recorded, so you can watch it when it suits you and come back to it whenever you need it. Every week builds on the one before.

Week 1

Where Your Stress Comes From

We start by looking at your stress honestly. Not just the obvious moments, but the patterns, triggers and pressure that have started to feel normal.

You stop guessing why you feel this way.

Week 2

Dissolve Your Stress

A guided drawing to soften what you’ve been holding, so your body gets a real experience of letting go instead of another instruction to relax.

You feel what “lighter” actually feels like.

Week 3

Stop Pushing Your Feelings Down

You’ve been managing your feelings: pushing through, keeping it together. Here you stop fighting them and start reading them. Emotions aren’t the problem. They’re information.

You can feel something without it taking over your day.

Week 4

Quiet The Noise In Your Head

The overthinking, the mental to-do lists, the conversations you replay at night. We work with the thoughts that keep you up so your mind can settle.

You fall asleep without the replay.

Week 5

Say No Without Explaining Yourself

Boundaries that don’t come with guilt or a long speech. We find the belief that makes “no” feel dangerous and give you a new way to hold your ground.

You protect your energy without feeling selfish.

Week 6

Body, Mind, Emotions And Soul

Everything comes together. We connect the work of the last five weeks into one clear picture of who you are now and how you want to live from here.

You feel like yourself again.

Included from day one

You won’t be doing this alone.

Everything below opens the day you join, alongside week one.

12 live support calls, one every month

One live call every month for a full year. Bring your questions, your drawings and whatever came up. You get support long after the six weeks end.

In their words

Hear it from them

Women who drew with me, in their own words.

Maria used to call herself “a very explosive person”: anxious, overthinking and always living in the future with a lot of fears. Drawing, together with other practices, changed that, and today she says, “I am the mother I always wanted to be.” She focuses better, finally enjoys her life and has the quality of life she wanted, and what she drew came true when she stayed aware of it: “It’s a great journey, but it’s worth it.”

Raluca was skeptical at first: “It’s just a game, let’s try something new.” Then she met people who inspired her, and her confidence and her income both grew. After drawing more and more, she also found the right doctor for a health problem she’d been stuck on, and feels she is “on the right way.”

Yolanda came to her first drawing with no plan, “very perplexed, very lost.” By September she was exhausted and felt nothing was happening. The week after her next drawing she got into a master’s program in Paris that had told her to cancel her application, and she now has “a very clear roadmap.”

Ana Jomir, neuroscience and art life coach

Your guide

Hi, I’m Ana.

I started drawing in 2021 because I was stressed. Not the kind you fix with one quiet weekend. It was affecting my sleep, my health and my energy, and thinking my way out wasn’t working anymore.

Drawing gave my hands something to do while my mind caught up. The stress that had felt normal faded. My decisions changed, and so did my relationship with myself.

I trained as a neuroscience coach and an art life coach so I could understand what had happened, and since 2023 I’ve supported more than 1,000 people through workshops, programs and coaching. This program is the process I wish I’d had.

  • Certified Neuroscience Coach
  • Certified Art Life Coach
  • Certified Instructor and Supervisor
  • 1,000+ people supported

Is it right for you?

Let’s make sure this fits.

This is for you if…

  • You’re tired of pushing through and pretending you’re fine.
  • You want to understand why the stress keeps coming back, not just cope with it.
  • Boundaries, rest and saying no feel harder than they should.
  • You’re open to drawing, even if you “can’t draw”.
  • You’re willing to give yourself one session a week for six weeks.

It’s probably not for you if…

  • You want someone to remove every source of stress from your life.
  • You’re looking for a program you can watch without taking part.
  • You need therapy, diagnosis or medical treatment.
  • You’re not ready to look at what’s underneath right now.

Questions

Before you join

Do I need to be good at drawing?

Not at all. You’ll draw lines and simple shapes, step by step. Nothing has to look beautiful. The drawing is a tool for noticing, not a test.

How much time does it take?

One session a week, plus a little time to draw and reflect. The sessions are recorded, so you can fit them around your life.

When do the bonuses and live calls start?

On day one. The four bonus practices, the community and the monthly live calls open as soon as you join, and the live calls continue for 12 months.

What if I fall behind?

You keep access to the recordings, so you can pause and pick up where you left off. The live calls are a good place to get back on track.

What if it isn’t right for me?

You have 14 days. If it isn’t what you signed up for, email contact@expansionink.com within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
