The ExpansionInk philosophy

Change starts on the inside.

You can change the strategy, set a bigger goal and make a better plan. But if the same patterns are still running underneath, you end up living the same story in a slightly different form.

    Where the work begins

Lasting change doesn’t come from fighting yourself the whole way there.

We’re often taught that change requires more discipline. More pressure. Force yourself. Push through. Sometimes that works, for a while. But if your internal system is already under pressure, adding more pressure doesn’t necessarily create transformation. Sometimes it creates more resistance.

That’s why the work begins with: “What’s happening inside you when you try?”

    01 · Your state

    Calm first. Then create.

Before we try to change the belief, reach the goal or make the next big decision, we pay attention to the state you’re making that decision from.

Your internal state affects what feels possible. When you’re under constant pressure, everything can become harder: thinking clearly, making decisions, being creative, taking a risk, being visible, selling, resting without guilt.

Regulation isn’t about never feeling stress. It’s about developing the capacity to move through stress without letting it run everything.

Your state changes what you’re able to access in the moment.

    02 · Your beliefs

Your beliefs shape the choices you let yourself make.

You don’t make decisions in a vacuum. You make them through everything you’ve learned to believe about yourself, other people and how the world works. Some beliefs are obvious. Others run so automatically they simply feel like facts.

    • “I’m not ready yet.”
    • “People won’t pay that.”
    • “I have to work hard to deserve more.”
    • “If I’m too visible, people will judge me.”
    • “I need to know exactly how before I start.”

You can consciously disagree with a belief and still behave as though it’s true. That’s why positive thinking alone often isn’t enough. We bring the pattern into awareness so we can actually work with it.

    03 · The patterns underneath

Not everything influencing you happens consciously.

You can consciously want one thing and repeatedly behave in a way that takes you somewhere else.

    • You want to be visible. But you keep hiding.
    • You want more money. But you hesitate to sell.
    • You want the business to grow. But you pull back.
    • You know what you should do. But you don’t do it.

This doesn’t mean you’re lazy or unmotivated. There may be another pattern underneath the behavior. My work is about helping you see that pattern, work with it and create a different response.

Once something becomes visible, you have more choice around what happens next.

    04 · Your identity

Transformation is identity, not just skill.

Learning how to do something and becoming the person who does it naturally are not the same thing. Every new level asks something different from you: a version of you who makes decisions faster, trusts herself more, allows herself to be seen, receives more.

The goal isn’t to pretend to be your “future self.” It’s to work with what keeps the next version of you from becoming normal.

    05 · Why we draw

Sometimes you need a different way into the problem.

Talking is useful. Thinking is useful. Understanding is useful. But if you’ve been thinking about the same problem for months, more thinking isn’t always what changes it.

We use structured drawing as a process. Not drawing as art, not drawing to create something beautiful, and definitely not because you need to be “creative.” You put something on the page. You respond to it. You change it. You notice what happens.

The drawing isn’t the goal. The shift is.

    The process

See it. Regulate it. Transform it. Live it.

See itWe identify what’s actually happening: the reaction, the belief, the pattern, the thing underneath the thing.

Regulate itIf there’s pressure or a strong internal reaction, we work with the state first. Calm first. Then create.

Transform itWe work with the belief, identity or subconscious pattern using the method that fits the work. Not every problem needs the same tool.

Live itWhat conversation do you have? What decision do you finally make? Insight becomes transformation when you begin living differently.

    For entrepreneurs

And yes, all of this matters in business.

Businesses are built through human behavior. Your business grows when you make decisions, sell, create, lead, follow up, take risks, handle rejection, stay visible, recover from something not working, and hold more responsibility when something does work.

That’s why an internal pattern can eventually become an external business ceiling. You can have the strategy right in front of you and still struggle to execute it.

Your business can only grow as far as you do.

That’s the foundation underneath my work with online entrepreneurs moving from first sales to first six figures.

    Skeptical?

You don’t have to believe in anything mystical for this work to be useful. We work with what’s actually there: your thoughts, reactions, beliefs, patterns, state and choices. Then we pay attention to what changes.

    The question is always

What changed, and what are you able to do differently now?
