Start with what comes first.
You’ll work with sentence prompts connected to your chosen theme. Instead of analysing the question for several minutes, you notice the first responses, associations, memories or phrases that appear.
Shell of Beliefs is a guided psychological game designed to help you explore the beliefs, associations and patterns underneath the way you think, choose and respond.
We’ll work with one area that matters to you right now — and follow what comes up rather than trying to force the “right” answer.

You probably already know what you think you should believe about money, work, relationships, family or growth.
But our automatic responses can tell a different story. A sentence gets started and, before you have time to polish the answer, something comes out.
An association. A memory. A rule you absorbed years ago. A phrase that sounds suspiciously like someone in your family. A contradiction you hadn’t noticed before.
That’s where Shell of Beliefs begins.
It’s that one part of you wants it while another part is still operating from a completely different set of assumptions.
Some beliefs are easy to recognise. Others sit underneath explanations, habits, family stories, previous experiences and things you stopped questioning a long time ago.
Like the chambers of a shell, one answer can lead to another. And another.
The purpose of the game isn’t to tell you what your belief “really means.”
It gives us a structured way to follow your own associations until something becomes clearer.
You remain the person interpreting your experience. I guide the process, ask questions and help you stay with what emerges.
Join the Experience →The structure helps you move from your immediate associations into a deeper exploration of the patterns underneath them.
You’ll work with sentence prompts connected to your chosen theme. Instead of analysing the question for several minutes, you notice the first responses, associations, memories or phrases that appear.
The second part gives us another angle on the same area. We look for connections, contradictions and patterns that may not have been obvious when you started.
The cards use simple prompts to bring your automatic associations to the surface — before you have too much time to edit, explain or intellectualise your answer.
We choose the area you want to explore and use those prompts as the starting point for discovering what may be operating underneath.
If you’re wondering what the experience actually looks like, watch this demonstration before deciding whether you’d like to play.
You arrive with an area, question or situation you want to understand more clearly.
There is no test to pass and no perfect answer to find. We’re interested in what naturally comes up for you.
Together, we pay attention to repeated ideas, emotional reactions, contradictions and associations.
I don’t tell you what your answers mean. The process is there to help you notice something you may not have been able to see from inside the pattern.
That might be a question, a new perspective, a belief you want to examine further or a different next step.
Although the original game can accommodate a larger group, ExpansionInk sessions are intentionally limited to a maximum of three participants.
I want enough space to listen, ask questions and give each person time to actually work with what is coming up rather than rushing around a large group.
Reserve Your Place →You don’t need to prepare the perfect question or arrive with a dramatic problem to solve.
Join me for a guided Shell of Beliefs experience in a small group of no more than three participants.
Before payment, you’ll answer a few short questions about the area you want to bring to the game. This helps make sure the experience is appropriate and gives me some context before we begin.
Bring the part you’re curious about. We’ll use the game to explore what appears when you stop trying to produce the perfect explanation.
