Hi, I’m Ana
I know what it’s like to have the answer and still feel stuck.
I came from mechanical engineering and nine years in digital marketing: director level, more than 500 campaigns. I was used to thinking my way through problems.
In 2021 I was so stressed it was affecting my sleep, my health and my energy, and more thinking wasn’t helping. That’s when drawing came into my life. The stress that had felt normal faded, and my decisions and my relationship with myself changed with it.
I trained as a neuroscience coach and an art life coach, and since 2023 I’ve supported more than 1,000 people through workshops, programs and coaching. I’m originally from Moldova and now live in Ireland.
