Where a client voluntarily provides evidence of a business or financial result and permits ExpansionInk to use it publicly, we aim to display only information reasonably necessary to communicate the relevant result.

Sensitive information unrelated to the result should be removed, blurred, or obscured where appropriate.
Permission to show a result does not mean ExpansionInk has ongoing access to the client’s financial account.

34. How Long We Keep Personal Data

Our general retention approach is as follows.
Coaching applications that do not lead to a coaching relationship
Normally up to 18 months after the application.
Coaching notes and working records
Normally up to 3 years after the coaching relationship ends, unless a shorter period is appropriate or a longer period is reasonably required for legal, contractual, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Assessment results and member records
Generally for as long as your ExpansionInk account remains active and normally for up to 2 years after account closure, subject to legal requirements and records connected with purchases.
Course and program progress
For as long as necessary to provide your promised access and normally for up to 3 years following account closure where maintaining those records remains reasonably necessary.
Customer-support correspondence
Normally up to 2 years after the relevant issue is resolved.
Marketing subscriber information
Until you unsubscribe or we otherwise stop marketing to you.
After you unsubscribe, we may retain minimal information on a suppression list so that we can continue to respect your request not to receive marketing.
Payment, invoice, tax and accounting records
For as long as required under applicable Estonian, EU, accounting, tax, and other legal obligations.
Testimonials and permission records
For as long as the testimonial, case study, photograph, video, or other material remains lawfully in use and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain evidence of the permission granted.
Analytics and advertising information
According to the retention settings of the relevant provider, our configuration, applicable consent, and legal requirements.
These are general maximum or expected periods and do not mean we will keep every record for the entire period.
Information may be deleted sooner where it is no longer necessary.
