How it works

Dissolve. Grow. Practice.

Keep your game workbook open. Everything builds on what you found in the game.

Lines being rounded
Session 1 · Day 1

Dissolve the old belief

Write the old belief word for word, rate how strong it feels and draw it until its charge drops. About 50 minutes.

Session 2 · Days 3 to 7

Grow the new belief

The new belief from the game becomes the intention for a growth drawing you’ll keep adding to.

Session 3 · After day 14

Take on the next one

Choose one more belief from your limiting column and take it through the same process.

21 days, five minutes a day

One short prompt a day, by email and in the course. Three steps every day: notice the old belief, say the new one and find one piece of evidence. You track how true the new belief feels as it grows.

Two companions

The Belief Finder turns a long answer into one clear belief. The Belief Reframer checks a belief for thinking traps and helps you write a new one you can actually believe.
