Sound familiar?

You know what stresses you. Knowing hasn’t made it lighter.

Stress lives in your body, so thinking about it doesn’t reach it. A simple drawing process does: lines and shapes that let you see what you’re holding, and let some of it go.

“My shoulders are always up.”“I lie down and the knot is still there.”“My mind won’t switch off.”

Your path

Three lessons. Lighter by the end.

About an hour and a half in total. Do it in one sitting or split it up.

Lesson 1

Where Your Stress Really Lives

Check in with your stress and where it sits, then a short warm-up drawing that slows your breath.

2
Lesson 2

Work Through Your Stress By Drawing It

The main practice. Put your stress on paper, work through it step by step, and feel the difference.

Lesson 3

When It Comes Back

What to do in those moments, wherever you are, so you’re never back at square one.

A calmer body, a drawing you can come back to, and a practice you can use any time.

Your coach

Hi, I’m Ana.

I started drawing in 2021, when stress was affecting my sleep, my health and my energy, and thinking my way out wasn’t working anymore. Drawing changed how I felt and how I made decisions.

Today I’m a neuroscience coach and art life coach, and I’ve guided more than 1,000 people through workshops, programs and coaching. This mini course is where I’d want you to start.
